Savusavu is a small town and it's easy to get around on foot. If you want to go further afield, or you're staying out of town, there are various transport options.
Taxis
There are plenty of taxis – they congregate in the centre of town between the bus stand and the market. You can also flag them down on the street, or ask your resort to call one. Taxis all have meters and are a relatively cheap way to get around.
Buses
Buses are even cheaper. They run from the main bus stand in town all over the island, and can be slow and a bit bumpy, but they are a great way to get out and see the countryside.
Shuttle Bus
Your resort may have a shuttle bus to take you in and out of town – check with them.
