Our resort is in a uniquely biodiverse area.

On land we have flowers that cannot be found anywhere else in the world and Fiji waters hold 25% of all the identified marine species in the world.

We have the honour of protecting and sustaining this beautiful area. But to us, sustainability means more than one thing. It means balancing the care of our environment, needs of the local people and the comfort of our treasured guests.

We do this in a number of ways, firstly, by carefully managing the resort. We use locally grown organic vegetables in our kitchen, solar panels provide the bulk of our electrical needs and we take water from our own spring on the property.

We work with local villages and businesses on education programmes and perhaps just as importantly, we create livelihoods. When our guests go on any of our tours, the local village and local businesses benefit.

Chef Michelle will prepare you the most delicious meals customised to your dietary preferences.

A fusion of local and international flavours – you can expect Italian feasts to a social tepenyaki, Fijian and Indo-Fijian specialities… or perhaps you’d prefer a romantic private dinner under the stars or a secluded beach picnic.

Breakfast and dinner are included in La Dolce Vita’s rates.  Lunch is available for an additional fee. Buon appetito!
